Bright Mugomeza

Bright is a Legal Practitioner, Estate Administrator, Insolvency Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer. He is a member of the South African Restructuring & Insolvency Practitioners Association, INSOL and Insolvency and Restructuring Association of Zimbabwe. He is the Managing Partner at Mugomeza & Mazhindu . Bright has practical experience and specialisation in conveyancing, labour law commercial, corporate, tax, insolvency and asset protection laws, as well, as estate planning.

Gwinyai Chifamba

Gwinyai has a background in financial and management accounting spanning over 15 years in the tertiary, banking and non governmental sectors of the economy where he acquired key skills in financial reporting and analysis, budget development and control, implementing of accounting systems, effective internal controls and risk management policies. He worked as an Assistant Business Analyst with Kingdom Bank and was also a Management Accountant with World Vision International (Zimbabwe) for several years.

Terrence Z Mazhindu

Terence is a registered Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer with a very strong background in corporate governance, commercial and corporate law practice. He started off at Chihambakwe, Mutizwa and Partners and then joined Highveld Financial Services (Pvt)Ltd as Company Secretary and Legal Advisor before he returned to private practice with Mugomeza and Mazhindu Legal Practitioners.
